I had the opportunity to work with COD Partner Company, a leading provider of cash-on-delivery solutions in the Middle East, for one year. In my role as a Quality Assurance Tester, I served as the critical link between the IT team and the end clients (sellers), ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

Bug Identification & Reporting: Discovered numerous bugs and promptly reported them to the development team, contributing to continuous platform improvements. Platform Stability: Ensured the platform operated smoothly by conducting thorough testing of both existing and newly developed features. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acted as a bridge between technical teams and clients, facilitating clear communication to address and resolve technical issues effectively. Comprehensive Testing: Focused not only on regression testing of existing features but also on functional and exploratory testing for new feature rollouts. Automation Testing: Developed Python Scripts with Selenium: Created automated testing scripts using Python and Selenium to verify the stability and performance of previously tested features, ensuring they continued to function correctly after updates or changes. Regression Test Automation: Automated repetitive regression tests to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts. Documentation & Reporting: Prepared weekly documentation reports to track testing progress, identified issues, and provided insights on platform performance. Compiled monthly summary reports to highlight key achievements, recurring issues, and improvement recommendations. Created detailed documentation for every feature tested, including test cases, testing methodologies, results, and suggestions for optimization.
